Owner prefers LONG TERM STAYS FROM SEPTEMBER THRU WINTER/SPRING. Unable to commit to shorter stays until late summer.
Maximum Occupants
Renters must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family. Long term rentals during winter months require a 3 month minimum. Long Weekends have a 5 night minimum 6 persons

The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare for and serve 8 people.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a top-of-the-line pillow top bed. It also has its own ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king if requested.
Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The living room features a high quality Serta sofa bed. ( very comfortable )
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The unit has a South East exposure which allows for bright sunny mornings and early afternoons but allows for shade later in the day to help you beat the hot Okanagan sun.

There are also 4 more courses located very close to the Resort. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The resort is within a 45 minute drive to 3 major ski hills. Big White and Silver Star. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). The Resort is located right next door to the Golf clubhouse that features a beautiful restaurant overlooking the golf course. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a gift shop and pro shop located in the club house. • Beach is located within a 25 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
