1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The 3rd bedroom is in an office and has a double futon bed with 300 thread count sheets, and an alarm clock.

Living Room

1 Twin Foam Mattress (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Couch (sleeps 1). A 12" thick single mattress is available to be put in the living room or the 2nd bedroom as well as the couch is comfy to sleep on.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.

More Information

We are strictly a no Party property. Noise between the hours of 10pm to 8am will not be tolerated.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 / hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
