Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
If unit is booked within one week of the arrival date Payment in full is required.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 25.00/night will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
