Special Conditions

1) The guests will be screened by the owners via email or phone call during the grace period. The acceptance by Owner Direct is not a guarantee of acceptance by the owner.
2) PLEASE NOTE: Barona Beach resort is not yet fully functional as a hotel or resort as of yet, and the front desk is only open from 9 to 4 pm. At times, even the front desk is not fully operational, hence the owners should be contacted for any help. There is a maintenance crew in the property to solve urgent matters.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
