Unit DescriptionGuests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions
Owner prefers LONG TERM STAYS FROM SEPTEMBER THRU WINTER/SPRING. Unable to commit to shorter stays until late summer.
Maximum Occupants
This a brand new, 2008, property and all amenities are expected to be operating by May 1st 2008. Renters must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family. Long Weekends have a 5 night minimum 8 persons

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This unit features a quality queen sofa bed in the living room
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This second bedroom also features a queen pillow top box spring and mattress
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 50.00 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
