1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a top-of-the-line pillow-top bed and its own ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king if requested.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The living room features a high quality Serta sofa bed. ( very comfortable )

Den

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The den also has a quality Serta sofa bed.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The unit has a north west exposure which allows for bright sunny afternoons while out enjoying the patio during the day.

• Nearby Attractions: You are located at 2 of Kelowna's most popular golf courses as well there are hiking and biking trails all around you. Located next door is a day spa where you can have your body pampered or a massage after a game of golf.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
