This is a ground floor unit, located on the Lakeshore Road side of the building. This unit has beautiful landscaping outside the patio, including a nice stretch of grass. The beach and lake are only a 2 minute walk away from the patio of this unit.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card - Email Money Transfer
I use Paypal for collecting income, so all major credit cards are accepted.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $200 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
