Heritage Home

Our home was built in 1913 and is the original Fitzpatrick Home. Home of Senator Gerald Fitzpatrick's Grandparents. It is on a beautiful piece of property with a full wrap around deck. It boasts an open floor plan on the main with a small basement play room and office. Three rooms upstairs including the master bedroom, walk in closet room and linen storage room. If you enjoy the warm welcome of dark wood, wood floors with area rugs and quaint furnishings you will most certainly enjoy it here.

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. We live 10 short minutes from the Kelowna International airport but far enough away that we are not bothered with the noise.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus stops regularily on Fitzpatrick Road and will take you to Orchard Park Mall or directly downtown to the water front if you choose.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Big White Ski resort is a 40 minute drive from our home. Silver Star Ski resort is Approx. 55 minutes Apex Ski hill is approx 60 minutes
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There is a local pub just 5 minute walk down the street. Great Food!!!
• Lake is located within a 20 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Kelowna is full of attractions: We have many wineries that are very worth the visit. For example: Summerhill Pyramid winery ( 25 min drive), Cedar Creek Winery ( 30 min drive), Quails gate winery ( 20 min drive)and Mission Hill Winery (40 min drive)are some of the main Wineries in Kelowna. Just down the road is Scandia Golf and games center, Racetrax and The Grand Ten Theatre. ( all approx 10 minute walk)
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Upon contacting us and securing the property for rental an email containing a permission statement and the amount to be billed to your credit card will be sent to you. Please look over it carefully, date it, type in your name and credit card number and expiry date as they appear on your credit card and return it via email.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 16 years old.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25. per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
