Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Monthly rate $750.00 (from Sept. till June) includes wireless internet, laundry, utilities. Beautiful property, classy suite, bus stop across from suite, Mission area of Kelowna, close to wineries, biking and walking trails, fine dining restaurants. June to Sept. rate is $1050. Housekeeping included before and after. Full service suite, kitchen and bathroom in suite. All linen and appliances included in suite. Everything you need for a beautiful and quiet stay.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
