1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This spacious bedroon has a large walk-in closet, and private access through patio doors to the sun deck. Lots of space for extra play pens. 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). These are actually twin beds that can be converted into a King bed when required. 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom has access through patio doors to it's own private balcony with a view of Okanagan Lake.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, and both sundecks have views of Okanagan Lake. The lake is approximately 40 meters from the unit.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 4 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 7 golf course(s) nearby. If you drive due east from the unit there are 5 golf courses to choose from that are only a 5 to 10 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is a 5 minute walk to Mission Park Mall Shopping Centre. There are numerous shops, restaurants, pub, cold beer & wine shop,and a sport rental shop that rents bikes, water toys, etc.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There are many beaches within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the unit. There is Gyro Beach, Rotary Beach that has public tennis courts and a smaller city beach for swimming, sun bathing and with a playground. There is a wonderful public beach across the road from the unit, only thirty steps away. We are located in a quiet, residential area. Although this unit is not on the beach, it comes with a canoe and a 4 person paddle boat. There is a boat launch 3 kms away. Boats can be beached on the shore during the day and moored on a bouy at night or trailered and parked in the driveway at night. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
