Panoramic Views! Exquisite kitchen with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, built in butcher block, large island with breakfast bar in addition to table and large walk in pantry. The large, glass top kitchen table seats eight comfortably while you enjoy breathtaking,panoramic views of the lake and mountains. There is a 2nd, full size fridge downstairs in laundry room. The extra wide / extra high custom made sliding glass doors in the kitchen open onto a very spacious balcony overlooking the lake, complete with propane bbq with burner, and plenty of comfortable patio furniture.

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Large, private suite, accessible from inside the house or outside Spacious, fully furnished and quite comfortable. White wicker furnishings, rocking chair, loveseat, coffee table, desk and chair. Walk in closet and ensuite.Wake up to panoramic views. Private walkout to a large covered veranda.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Wake up to panoramic views. Private walkout to a large covered veranda.

Family Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). New, large sectional with reclining seats has a double sofa sleeper. Plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows. This room also has a dining area with a table that seats four, a bar frig, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. This lovely room has an ensuite, walk in closet and pantry. Accessible from inside the house or outside, from the large, covered veranda overlooking the lake. This room adjoins the large, Master Guest Suite and can be locked off for privacy. A TV will soon be added.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Floor to ceiling windows in all rooms on main floor, overlooking lake. Lakeshore and panoramic views of Lake Okanagan from all rooms in house, including bedrooms. House is on side of hill, faces west. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains.

• New Bedroom built in 2008 - 25' x 14', panoramic views, en suite, sitting area, walk in closet, Q bed and roll away twin bed. Home sleeps 8 max. • Family Room in 2008 - Dbl Sofa Sleeper, ensuite, walk in Closet and pantry. Also has dining table seats 4, frig, MW, coffeemaker. Extra refrigerator in downstairs laundry room. One propane barbeque at house, second at dock. Large balcony deck just off kitchen with patio furniture and large patio table. Breakfast nook with panoramic views. Kitchen is natural cherry wood with floor to ceiling windows, Spanish tile floors, granite counter tops. Island with eating bar. Large butcher block area for food prep. Bedrooms have private access to deck and lake shore path. Covered 60'x10' bedroom level veranda has patio table and chairs. Recently installed a composting toilet at the dock house. October through mid-May rents exclude use of Dock House and boat lift. Rec 4 wheel drive when there is snow.

Many Golf courses located within a 10 minute to 1 hour drive. Many wineries approx. 20 minute + drive. Scenic Drives. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
