The uninterrupted views of the lake and distant mountains ensure a relaxing vacation.Watch the birds from the sanctuary catch food for the chicks. Most rooms have lake views. A shaded deck has been added to shield you from the hot afternoon sun. Sip your sundowners with your toes in the water .

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Cultural centre, Skyreach Place, Grand Hotel all a 5 minutes walk away. Flat terrain ideal for rollerblading, biking, or walking. Walk to wine tasting or the outdoor theatre. Beautiful location.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach gradient is flat. Beach chairs, and two lounges available. To the south is a bird sanctuary which juts out into the lake. As a result a quiet bay is formed. Speed boats tend not to come in close. The swimming is very safe, with a sandy bottom beach. A buoy is available for the use of guests' boats. To the north and south is a flat sandy beach accessible to residents only.
• Nearby Attractions: Boat moorage in front of the house. Walk to cultural district and Grand Hotel in less than five minutes. Knox mountain seven minutes in opposite direction.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
