1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
