View

Our country home overlooks secluded woodland mountains, extremely peaceful view. Little White Mountain usually has snow into August. Immediately below the deck one can view the meadows where deer are seen grazing with their little ones. There are walking trails throughout the property to enjoy, we have just under 30 acres, consisting of meadows,creeks,and mountains. Please see photos.

More Information

The swimming pool is an 18 ft. round above ground pool (4 ft. deep) looking over the mountains. (Although the water will be warmer than the lake, it is not heated). It has a nice deck where peaceful private suntanning is at it's best. There is also a new Hot Tub - (4 person small hot tub) on the premises, located with it's own deck and a outdoor chimney/fireplace for cozy night time relaxation. ($10.00 fee for chopped firewood) The deck outside the kitchen has table and chairs to enjoy dining, while watching the deer graze. Fishing is within 20 minutes drive, both James Lake and Idabel Lake are great fishing spots. This unit is located off of Hwy 33, which is the highway that takes skiers to Big White Ski Resort.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
