Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master en suite has a claw foot bath and separate glass shower. All beds have Serta Pillow Top Mattresses with matching comforter, bed skirt, hotel pillows and pillow shams. We only offer the best Egyptian cotton sheets for a great nights sleep!! This room has it's own air conditioner.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This 2nd floor bedroom faces the back yard and the sounds of the tranquil babbling pond located outside. A ceiling fan above the bed allows for a cool and comfortable temperature on those hot nights.

1 King Bed. This spacious bedroom has its own air conditioner. It offers a sitting and reading area.

1 Queen Futon Bed and 1 Double Bed. Located on the 3rd floor just off the media room. This bedroom steps into a quaint and cozy space. Just outside this bedroom, a queen futon is nestled in a cozy nook.

This charming, three storey renovated 1908 home has been recreated to enhance the original heritage style. French doors throughout, hardwood floors and a jewel, rich color theme warms the feel to each room. Beautiful and colorful gardens surround the entire property. Fully fenced private yard, comfortable outside furnishings, a tranquil fish pond, deck and stainless steel BBQ in the back, are included in this beauty. Our home is steps away from Abbott Street which has a walk/bike/roller blade path and is .9 of a mile to City park, which offers concerts, events and downtown bars and restaurants. Excellent for large family gatherings only, as we do not provide a party house. This is a quite neighborhood with people who respect peace and privacy in our area.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). Enjoy shopping at quaint boutiques and antique shops only minutes away. Within a five to ten minute walk, you with find the "Village by the Lake" community. It offers cafes, grocery shopping, post office, a number of little shops, video store, banks, beaches, sport rental stores, take out food, liquor store, authentic and casual restaurants and most service amenities. Many wineries are approximately 10-15 minutes by car including Summer Hill, Mission Hill and Cedar Creek to name a few. Transit is just steps away. The hospital is a 5 min. walk.
• Lake Okanagan and Kinsmen Park is 1/2 block down the street. It offers a place for a cool dip, a game of tennis or a nice picnic at the picnic tables or benches. Great for an early morning coffee or a sunset just watching the world go by, as it is close to a wild life bird sanctuary. 1/2 block to Okanagan Lake and beautiful park area. We are minutes to many access points to beach.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Last minute bookings do not apply to the cancellation policy and balance of payment can be due on arrival. The security deposit still applies.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 500.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
