More Information

There is a beach house. Property is completely landscaped. Home has been extensively renovated in 2003, with new hardwood flooring, entrance, kitchen, windows, decking, railing, skylights, and dining area. Owners reside in lower level. Unit is not suitable for infants due to the slope of the property. There is a BBQ on the deck.

Landscaped path to the beach, past cherry trees and lilac hedge---- less than 100 steps. Large deck and dock. The water level drops off, allowing diving of any sort off the end of the dock. Two boat launches #1, at the Grand Hotel, 15 minutes by boat, and #2, to the north, at Okanagan Centre, 20 minutes away. Private boat and waterski instruction is available upon discussion with owners. Owner is a waterski instructor.
• Nearby Attractions: Scenic hiking and mountain biking opportunities are within our neighborhood, as well as in this central Okanagan valley i.e. Silver Star Ski Resort. Numerous, renowned wineries only 20 minutes from our home, and throughout the Okanagan Valley. Fabulous lakefront restaurants are within a 30-minute boatride. Orchard tours are also within 30 minutes. Kelowna city park offers many lively activities and events throughout the summer.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
If the property is to be rented for more than one week, specific down payments and security deposits are to be discussed with the owners.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
