Special Conditions
This welcoming and spotless suite was freshly renovated in 2009. The guest accommodation is on the ground level with a private entrance and an unobstructed view of Okanagan Lake and mountains. Tranquil and peaceful with a country atmosphere but close to downtown Kelowna. Walk to lake from this unit. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Best suited for mature, considerate adults.

The kitchen is furnished with a maple table and chairs and opens to a furnished, covered outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Coffee, a variety of teas, sugar and spices are supplied as are kitchen towels and dish soap.

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Large forest view room with 1 king bed that converts to 2 single beds, 1 large dresser, two side tables and chair, large cupboard. French Provincial wood furniture. Firm, comfortable mattresses. Decor is warm, inviting and cheerful.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large lake view room with 2 dressers, 2 side tables, 1 desk, a chair and a large cupboard. Furniture is solid maple. The mattress is firm and comfortable. Decor is cozy, mellow and tasteful.
Alcove
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This area is adjacent to the living room in a delightful and welcoming alcove. Contains one single bed with a firm, comfortable mattress.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

This unit features a beautiful 60' furnished, covered patio offering a magnificent view of Okanagan Lake & mountains with no neighbors to obstruct the view. Suitable for all seasons. Situated in a picturesque, upscale neighborhood and is the entire ground level of a charming, ranch style house. Pine and fir trees keep this property comfortably cool in summer so that air conditioning is never needed. Ceilings are nine feet high with ceiling fans. A quiet countryside atmosphere but near the city and only a 10 minute drive from downtown Kelowna. Hiking/biking trails at your doorstep, beaches, birds and wildlife abound. Big White & Silver Star ski resorts in the area. Centrally located with restaurants, shopping, wineries, golf and all other attractions near by. The owners take pride in this clean, quiet and peaceful suite. The unit is not wheelchair friendly. There are 10 steps outdoors leading down to the suite from the driveway.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques The security/damage deposit will not be refunded if any guest smokes anywhere on this property. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
