During July & August rentals must be in 7 night blocks with check in/out on a Sunday. OFF season (Sept - June) any check in/out day is possible. Kids stay free!

More Information

BBQ (propane supplied). Coin-op laundry machines are located in the "Villa" building. Kid's Store is open 1 hour each day. Activity Centre is open from 9am to 9pm daily. Movie Channel available all day in the centre.

Distances

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 4 golf courses / golf centres within a 30 minute drive from the Resort. There are another 25+ courses within a 2 hour drive. Can you say "golf vacation"!!!
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Big White is only 1 1/2 hours away. Apex Mountain is 1 hour away. Crystal Mountain is 1/2 hour away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). No more than a 10 minute drive to shopping, dining, attractions and movie theatres - North to Westbank and Kelowna - South to Peachland. There are 5 wineries located within a 20 minute drive from the complex. There are another 35 wineries in the Valley which can be made in an easy day-trip. Think of the "wine tour" possibilities!
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. All Cabins are on Seclusion Bay's private 1,300 foot beach! A roped off swimming area with dive platform for safety and enjoyment. Boats and watercraft are not permitted in the swimming area.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). . If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
If stay is between June - September an initial payment of $400 is required for each week booked. If cancellation occurs 60 days prior to occupancy, deposits will be refunded minus administration fee. If less than 60 days, deposit is held and refunded only if the unit can be re rented. A 10% administration fee is charged on the full rental amount with any cancellation.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
