Monthly rate range Min $1900.00 to Max $1900.00 - Rates applicable to Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun.
Long Term Rates will depend on length of stay and the season.

Arrival Day

Between August 2 and August 30 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.

Special Conditions

Must be minimum of 25 yrs of age to rent property
Absolutely no smoking with in the property or on balcony. A $200 fine if violated

August 2-30, 2008 Arrival/Dep Sat to Sat only

Zero tolerance for excess noise arising from parties. Security will issue fines range from $200 - $650
Cleaning Fee $100

Additional housekeeping is available. Charge is $25.00 hr.
A lost or absent entry key or parking pass with gate key cost of $75.00 each
Guest must sign Release of Liability Agreement

Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This resort is located directly on Okanagan lake. The condo offers a beautiful lake view. The resort is located waterfront on Okanagan Lake. A canal runs between the beach and the resort for small craft private access.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
If you cancel anytime you will be charged a processing fee of $100.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
