Most of the windows in the house over-look the Okanagan lake and offer great views to the mountains and surrounding area. Keep in mind the house is 50 meters from the lake.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are several golf courses in the area. A short walk or drive puts you at Vintage Hills.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Drive time to the nearest ski hill (Big White) is about 1 hour 15 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to transit access is less than 1 minute. Shopping and dining less than 2 kms.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The house is located across the road from Lake Okanagan approximately 50 meters from the lake. There are exellent walking trails along the lake. Public boat launch is 1 km from house. Pick up of boat passengers is easy from public dock.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
