Peace and quiet over the lake. Sitting on the hillside over 5 acres, this newly built post & beam home offers panoramic views over Lake Okanagan. Enjoy the large deck from sunrise to sunset, a BBQ dinner or enjoy the stars at night.A lovely stone patio with gazebo makes a hot sunny day the place to relax. There are lovely garden areas around the house. The house is very modern, open and well ventilated. Our guests say that the kitchen is equipped beyond expectations! Nothing seems to be missing to meet your needs. A very safe neighborhood with a serene and peaceful environment and a memorable experience awaits you! |

With 10 days rental, get one night free. As the location of our property is in a serene, peaceful environment, we would like to welcome guests who will maintain such criteria. Therefore, renting for party purposes is not welcome. Thanking you for your understanding! If you leave the place as clean as you found it, we are prepared to wave the cleaning fees. 6 persons

Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). French doors open over beautiful view of Lake Okanagan. Hardwood floors throughout. Comfortable window seat for a quiet reading time. A full bathroom is also connecting to the bedroom through sliding door.
Loft
1 Queen Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Located above the kitchen with view over the lake on one side and over the mountain on the other side. This room would be suitable for young adults.
Bedroom
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). French doors open over beautiful view of Lake Okanagan. Hard wood floors throughout. Comfortable window seat for a quiet reading time. A full bathroom is connected to the bedroom through sliding door.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

From sunrise to sunset, enjoy the views of the lake and the bridge. The lights of the city at night are awesome.

There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. and several more in the region. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Less than one hour to Big White in the summer. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The "Minstrel" is within 10 minutes on Lakeshore Rd, it offers a garden patio, great musician on certain nights & fantastic Italian dishes! Several wineries in the area offer lunch & dinner in wonderful settings:"Summerhill" or the "Pyramid Winery" will serve you exquisite food on their lovely patio or dining room, both great views of the lake. The "Cedar Creek" winery organizes concerts and special menus regularly. Best red wine in the region. For Sunday brunch, try the Manteo Hotel. The only place to eat so close to the water, you can touch it. The dining room has a great lunch or dinner ambiance and the service is also remarkable. Our favorite restaurant is the "Fix Cafe" 1/2 way to town at 3275 Lakeshore with only a few tables and an epicurean chef you will appreciate. Make a reservation: 861-3499! As for shopping, the Orchard Mall is within 20 minutes with plenty of boutiques to meet all your needs. • Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Less than 5 minutes drive to reach two beaches at the closest Provincial Park. Beach towels available. • Nearby Attractions: Some of the best hiking trails are within walking distance of the property leading to natural lakes inland or to the Horse Canyon trail that offers panoramic view of the lake.
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer A $500. security/damage deposit is required from a credit card and will only be activated if necessary. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10. per night will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
