    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
