Located beside the gold tees on the 2nd hole of the Quail course at the Okanagan Golf & Country Club in beautiful Kelowna, we are 5 minutes from the airport. Wineries are a 10 minute drive while downtown and the waterfront are only 15 minutes away. Our villa offers 1,325 square feet of space and is fully furnished. This 2 story unit has 2 full bedrooms and two full bathrooms (plus a 1/2 bath) and is fully equipped with all the essentials: full kitchen, TVs and DVD player, washer and dryer, BBQ and high speed internet access. Outdoor pool, hot-tub, fitness facility and concierge on site.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    US customers must arrange payment in Canadian dollars due to the continuous fluctuations in exchange rates. Western Union seems to be the best service for this type of payment.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed. A fee of 200 for housekeeping - due directly to the resort will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
