    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Unit to be left in same condition as arrival or there will be an additional cleaning charge.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
