Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Renters must be 25 years old or older. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, (indoors or outdoors). No house parties or gatherings are permitted. Laundry facilities not available after 8 p.m. Two loads per week, nominal charge for more than two loads. Children under two stay free, however children over the age of 2 years but under the age of 16 years that are travelling with a family may stay at a cost of $25.00 per person, per night, if there are more than 2 guests in the party.

Owner accepts payments by: Cash
Security deposit depends on length of stay - 2 night stay: $100, 7 night stay: $400. All payment (including Damage Deposit and Rent) is due in cash on arrival.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
