Renters must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The resort is within 1 hours drive to three major ski hills.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is right downtown close to everything.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. There is on site boat moorage available for an additional 25.00 per day charge.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size. A fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
