• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. This unit is located on Okanagan Lake. The following equipment may be rented: 16 ft Hobie Cat sailboat, 2 kayaks, 1 water trampoline, 1 32 ft houseboat sleeps six. Boat/Sea Doo moorage can be provided for a fee of $100/night.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
