Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Golf courses are plentyful in the Okanagan. Easily accessible from this central westside location.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Crystal Mountain is minutes away. Big White is about 1 hour and Silver Star is about 90 minutes.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Dining in Wine Country is plentiful and exceptional. Be sure and enjoy Fine Dining at many wineries including Quails Gate and Mission Hill, both of which are less than 10 minutes by car away.
Lake is located within a 30 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Lake Okanagan is a few blocks drive away. Excellant public beach and access to boat launch area is conveniently located. Help youself to lawn chairs and beach matts to enjoy the lake. Moutain bike available for your use.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
