Being so close to the water you can actually see fish swimming by the deck in the lagoon and so close to the beach that you will feel like its just an extension of your living room. The unit is truly high end with granite and hardwood and custom finishing that you would only find in the most luxurious 5 star resorts. This unit is close to both the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the exercise room and other resort amenities.

The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hotubs and excersice room, tennis courts and library. The resort is located right downtown on Kelowna's waterfront and is located next door to the Grand Lakefront Hotel and Casino. This is the best downtown waterfront location in the city, you can walk to everything. You will love this town home and its location.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
