This unit is close to both the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the exercise room and other resort amenities.

The unit has beautiful views of the lake and the lagoon. You can even see the fish swimming in the lagoon directly below your sundeck. You can't get much closer to the water than this.

The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hotubs and excersice room, tennis courts and library. The resort is located right downtown on Kelowna's waterfront and is located next door to the Grand Lakefront Hotel and Casino. This is the best downtown waterfront location in the city, you can walk to everything. You will love this town home and its location.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
