1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Cot (sleeps 1). Quiet and spacious with ensuite bath. Room is on main floor and is handicap friendly. An antique toddler bed is included in this room; however, can be moved to another room. This room can also accommodate a twin size cot which is available on request.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Cozy and quiet with 4 piece bath directly across from room. Room is on main floor and handicap friendly.

The view from this home is a gorgeous, tranquil park-like backyard. Lots of cedars, grass, bubbling pond & privacy. At night, gaze at the stars from the hot tub or take in the splashes of color from the flowers which surround the home.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). After walking 3 minutes to the bus stop, the transit ride is about 8 minutes to the larger shops and dining. World renowned wineries are less than 5 minutes by vehicle. Post office, groceries, coffee cafes, gift shops, doctor and hair salon are only a 3 minute walk away.
• Lake is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Twin beach access at the end of pine etched driveway. The home is across the street from waterfront homes. There are two beaches (one to the left and one to right of the homes across the street) that are about 100 yards away. One beach is children friendly with playground equipment and the other is more sandy nestled amongst stately homes. A 5 minute ride away is third beach with a children play area.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
A security deposit of 30% is required to hold your reservation. Upon your arrival the 30% security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure. 1. No damage is done to the house. 2. No linens or household items are missing. 3. House has not been smoked in.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
