This unit is about as close to the water as you can get and not get splashed. The unit sits at the very front of the resort and has a absolutely unobstructed 180 degree view of the water, beach and park. As you sit in the unit and look out all you see is the view, you will feel like you're the only one there. The unit features two decks, vaulted ceilings, hardwood and tile flooring, granite counter tops and the list goes on. The unit also has direct access from the back door to the pools, hot tubs, tennis etc. If you looking for the best unit in the complex look no further, you just found it.

The resort is located right downtown on Kelowna's waterfront and is located next door to the Grand Lakefront Hotel and Casino. This is the best downtown waterfront location in the city, you can walk to everything. You will love this town home and its location.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
