    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    20% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non refundable.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
