    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00 per room.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
