This unit is special in every way. The view, decorating and furnishings are the best of the best. The unit features hardwood, granite and tile and has the best of everything in it. There are 3 plasma TVs and large custom tiled showers and the view is out of this world. The bedrooms feature top of the line pillow top mattresses and feature custom draperies and bed spreads. The decorating in this unit was done by a professional designer and provides for not just a luxurious look but a very comfortable and relaxing feeling. If you want to feel like your royalty, then this is the castle for you.

The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools and hotubs and excersice room.

Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is a beach front property. Property is near a lake. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. Located on the beach. There is on-site boat moorage available for an additional 25.00 per day charge.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cash, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Visa

Security or Damage:
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
