Orchard Park is a larger mall and is a five-minute drive away.
    • Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A beautiful fine-sand beach fronts the Okanagan Lake in the City Park area. There is no lifeguard. For youngsters there is a playground/water playground within the park. Refreshing shade is abundant under the huge trees.
    • Nearby Attractions: On your ten-minute walk to the lake, you will pass two Starbucks, two bakeries and a few ice-cream shops. As you approach the lake, the statue of The Sails, rises to greet you and introduces you to the beautiful Okanagan Lake at the entrance to City Park. As you stroll the lakefront, take the time to soak up the sun on the long sandy beach, listen to children's laughter as they play at the playground/water playground or lounge in the cool shade of the trees and watch the sailboats glide across the water. A visit to the Kelowna Museum, will provide a historical background to the early days of Kelowna. Thrill your visual senses at the Kelowna Art Gallery or enjoy drama at the Kelowna Community Theatre. Or perhaps try your luck at the casino! The Bird Sanctuary or Kasugai Gardens provide a serene setting after a busy day. Round out your evening with a leisurely walk along the lakefront enjoying balmy evenings, Festivals in the park with live entertainment, food and vendors selling arts and crafts. As evening descends, you stroll back to Chateau Cyprian where you can rest and relax.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    If the suite is available on the calendar, and less than 30 days exists before the guests arrival date, the transfer of the security deposit and rent can be negotiated with the home owner.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
