Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.00.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 70.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
