The unit has large windows and it is very bright and cheery. The flooring is laminate and tile except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. The unit is very tastefully decorated and has all the features and amenities to make it your true home away from home. From the business traveler to the small family or for a couple this unit will fit everyone. The unit features a gas barbecue on the deck and is located on the quiet side of the building.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
