Beautiful and Soothing Kelowna Getaway
Situated on a quarter of an acre, along Mill Creek in the heart of beautiful Kelowna.

The unit offers a soothing relaxed environment. The gardens and willow trees provide privacy and tranquility during your stay.

Our central location allows visitors to access the many sites and treasures of Kelowna by foot, transit or car. The beaches of Okanagan Lake are within five blocks and downtown Kelowna is a ten minute walk. Explore the cultural district, the wineries or an eclectic mix of shops and services.

The owners live on site with our wonderful dog named Seemore. For a nominal fee, basic groceries can be provided.

The unit comes with a portable air conditioner.

There is a vast array of activities to choose from: golfing, hiking, biking, shopping, dining, wine tasting or just hanging out on the beach. These amenities can be found within thirty minutes or less.

There are 5 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The two closest ski hills are Big White and Crystal Mountain.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 30 days (or more) prior to arrival 20 percent of all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
