Located in Okanagan valley near Kelowna B.C. in the Monashee foothills. Country log home living with lots of outdoor activities:SUMMER - swimming, hiking, roller hockey, basketball, tennis (on our outdoor rink) golfing, mountain biking, ATV'ing (close to the Kettle Valley Railway trail and High Rim trail). 25 minute drive gets you to Okanagan lake , wineries and more golf courses. WINTER - skating, ice hockey (on our rink), snowshoeing, X-country skiing, snowmobiling, 20 minute drive gets you to Big White ski resort.

    • We have an artesian well which provides all our drinking and washing water- very clean. Has a nice kitchen with seating for 6. A double stainless sink, and all amenities for cooking. We provide our deck BBQ for our guests.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Cot (sleeps 1). Loft area contains a queen bed and a small cot in the sitting area which together may comfortably sleep 3.
    Living Room
    1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). On main floor by the fireplace and the washroom is the futon bed(double).
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    You can hear running water from our creek and see mountains from 3 sides of the cottage.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - American Express - Cash
    We require the first night's payment as a non refundable fee which confirms your reservation. The balance of payments may be paid upon arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
