Cabin is located 20 minute to Kelowna (5kms South of Okanagan Lake Resort), the property is 1.88 private acres on Okanagan lake with 90 feet of lake frontage. The very rural and laid back development is one of only 10 other owners. Some of features include: Boat dock (10'x52') and boat lift, hammock, large private serviced Camping pad for extra guests RVs, tent trailers (electric, water, cable).
Cabin is fully stocked with linens, towels, etc.

Full kitchen double stainless steel sink (hot and Cold water), fully stocked with paper towels, cutlery, wine glasses most spices, wine opener, outside BBQ utensils.... no need to bring anything except food.
Bed Summary
Loft
2 Double Futon Beds (sleeps 4). The loft area is 16 feet by 8 feet . There is storage for clothes. Lots of extra sheets, pillow cases, blankets, etc.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).
Studio
1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). We have a queen sized (two high) air matress with a built in pump that is in a nice 12x12 gazebo down at the beach at the waters edge that can sleep two more people. This is a great spot with the breeze and sound of the water. The gazebo sits off the ground 2 feet and is enclosed with a nice metal frame and canvass on all sides.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

25 short steps up from the beach is where the cabin sits. It has an incredible view of Okanagan Lake.

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Okanagan Lake Resort is just 5km North of the cabin. They have great food/drinks, small store, golf course, horse rides, boat and seadoo rentals, full marina with fuel, lots of pools and beach club, tennis and basketball.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 4 boats. brand new powered boat lift and large 10x52 foot dock--private. Fire pit at beach, games i.e. horse shoes, floats, stereo and fridge at beach and secure storage for skis and boards at beach, hammock, swing set, chairs, tables, umbrellas and much more. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: See Okanagan lake resort website for more info on their activities as they are just 5 km to north. Lots of great golfing, hiking, quading, and wine tours all in the area.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
