    • We have an artesian well which provides all our drinking and washing water- very clean. Has a nice kitchen w/ seating for 6 . A double stainless sink, and all amenities for cooking. We provide our deck BBQ for our guests.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - American Express - Cash
    We require the first night payment as a non refundable fee which confirms your reservation. The balance of payments may be paid upon arrival .
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
