Family Owned Oceanfront Condominium located on the Ninth Tee of the Beautiful Kaluakoi Golf Resorts. Available for Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Long Term Rental. Our condominium is fully equipped studio with a loft. You can cook full size meals, BBQ, and enjoy the ocean and golf course view while your doing it. A short walk away is Papahaku Beach, the beautiful 3 mile white sand beach is breath-taking. Snorkeling, diving, reef and deep sea fishing and sailing are excellent.

This unit offers an UNOBSTRUCTED view out to the OCEAN and GOLF COURSE. There are no other units or complexes blocking you. Enjoy the beautiful Molokai Sunsets right from your Lanai. November through Mid-April you can Whale watch from your Lanai or walk seconds to the beach for a closer look at this magnificent sight. No need to rent tour boats. Throughout the year you can get a glimpse of dolphins, sea turtles, and sea lions from the beachfront.

Molokai, the Friendly Isle. Twenty years ago our family took a trip to Molokai. After visiting, vacationing, and going to college on other islands, we fell in love with the Island of Molokai. Its natural beauty and pristine environment is absolutely breath taking. Everything you have ever envisioned about the Hawaiian Islands is at your door-step. If your looking for your current fast pace life, Molokai is not for you. If you need a relaxing, slow paced environment, then Molokai is what you are looking for. This Condo is located in one of the quietest buildings in the complex. It is an upstairs unit which gives you complete privacy. Lanai has been furnished with a new (2006) bar table and chairs for your convenience.

• Kaunakakai Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. The following airlines service Molokai. Island Air, Pacific Wings and Go Airlines.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Shopping can be done in the town of Kaunakai located about 15 minutes from Kaluakoi Villas. Maunaloa town also offer some shopping, movie theater and dining located about 5 minutes away.
• Ocean is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Our unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, boogie and skim boards. The condition of the shore line varies depending on time of year and surf. Summer months are more calmer than Winter months. Local surfers and divers can be seen year round. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
There is a $25 surcharge for all credit card transactions.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
