Special Conditions

Weekends/Holiday nights have higher rates, so we offer BIG discounts on stays that include Monday - Thursday nights. We prefer not to break-up a Friday/Saturday, but check with us to see if available if not flexibile with dates. Longer term stays will get you discounts on rate and cleaning checkout fee waived. We get a lot of requests for "weekend-only" (i.e. Friday, Saturday, Sunday) stays, so if your flexible to avoid these stays, we can offer discounts.

Unit backs to open space and has view of mountain to back, and view of Lake Keystone to the side. Lots of privacy (no balconies overlooking balconies like in River Run condos).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club
1 Night Payment or 20% down holds date with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit can be a Credit card hold not an actual payment/refund process nor credit card charge.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 10/n from Checkin company.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply. A fee of 12/day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
