Our 5,000 sf home is luxurious, yet very livable. With a goal not to cram as many people together as possible, but to give everyone ample space, we have been very successful. Three spacious bedrooms at the lower level surround a large living area, complete with a wide screen TV with surround sound, gas fireplace, a kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Two bathrooms and a laundry room nearby make this area livable all by itself.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit less than 1 minute away. Located on the nordic trails in the winter. 1/2 mile from the ski lifts at Keystone ski Area.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Located in the heart of Keystone Resort. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
