Beautiful condominium in Expedition Station in the heart of River Run. Steps to shops, restaurants, ski lifts. Enjoy the cozy fireplace in the living room. This end unit has views of the ski slopes and room for 6 people. Amenities include outdoor heated pool, hot tub, underground parking and ski locker storage. There is also a pool table in the lobby with elevator service as well.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
