Walking paths abound, fly-fishing is outside your door, both mountain and road bike routes are easily accessed. Enjoy the fabulous fireworks show every Saturday night from your deck.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 21 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
