Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
