1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom is upstairs in a large loft. There are 3 large windows which overlook several mountain
ranges as one can see for miles.
2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4). Bedroom is on the lower level of home. In floor heating .

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Our home is surrounded by the Rocky Mountains.
Once you're on the gondola, you see for miles. The view is breathtaking with
the wetlands, rivers, lakes, highways and several mountain ranges.
• Calgary International Airport is more than 120 minute(s) drive. The drive time to/from the airport is 3 hours.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. One can take the Greyhound Bus to the Calgary airport or the ski hill will
have a bus to go to the airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 8 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 5 minute(s). From our house which is a ski-in/ski-out it's a matter of minutes to get
to all the facilities.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Shopping and dining is just a matter of minutes from our house, most people
walk as it's so close.
• Nearby Attractions: Skiing is the main attraction in the winter. In the summer we have mountain
biking, white-water rafting, horseback riding, and lots of hiking. We are
surrounded by 4 National Parks. Banff is only 1 hour from here.
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of to be discussed.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
