Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.

The Chalet has views of the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort ski hill as well and the amazing mountain environment that surrounds it.

• The Golden Airport is located 12 kms from the Chalet and is appropriate for private aircraft. The Calgary Airport is a 3 hour (280 km) drive east from the Chalet.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The Golf Course is located 10 kms from the Chalet.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This chalet is on-mountain, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. You can ski to your door, to access lifts a short downhill walk is required.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is limited shopping and dining at the resort. The shopping is restricted to skiing related items. The dining is largely restricted to the Eagles Eye Restaurant located at the top of the mountain. There is also Kuma Sushi located in the base area a short walk from the chalet. The town of Golden is located 12 kms from the chalet and Banff is located 140 kms from the chalet, both provide ample shopping opportunities.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Lake is quite small, located 5 km from the Chalet. Beach is summer only located on Cedar Lake, 5 km from the chalet.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Deposit - 30% of the total is due at the time of booking. If the booking is made within 45 days of arrival, the full total is due at the time of booking. Damage deposit will be due upon arrival, this will be authorized on your credit card. The liability of the renter and each guest is not limited to the amount of the damage deposit, the owner may pursue the renter and each guest for damages in excess of the damage deposit. $100 fee if canceled more than 60 days out-they will get their deposit back minus the fee.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 12 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
